Keyterms
The pronunciation dictionary fixes what the assistant says; keyterms make sure what the customer says is understood. The list is in the assistant configuration under runtime.keyterms; in the console it appears on the Flow tab as Key terms.
Format
Section titled “Format”One term per line:
# BrandsOrnekAirPods: er pods, eyır podsMacBook: makbuk, mekbuktaksitsipariş numarası- Lines starting with
#are comments and are ignored. - The part before the colon is the canonical term and is passed to speech recognition as a hint.
- The comma-separated spellings after the colon are synonyms: if the customer says “makbuk” and the transcript shows that spelling, product search still looks for “MacBook”.
- A line without a colon is a speech recognition term only.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Speech recognition providers limit the number of terms; terms beyond the limit are skipped (order matters — put the most important first):

| OpenAI (fallback in the default template) | hint text up to 600 characters in total |
| ElevenLabs (if chosen as fallback) | up to 50 terms, each up to 20 characters |
