Change history

Change History (audit log) lists changes in your company: time, person, action, item and change.

Examples of recorded events:

• Assistant publishes (agent.publish, with version number), assistant settings and voice drafts, rollbacks (agent.rollback), pronunciation dictionary and ready phrase changes.
• Retention period changes, legal holds, data subject request actions (search, export, delete) and, when the daily cleanup deleted or anonymised something, its summary (retention.purge).
• Integration records: only the names of changed fields are written, never the values.
• API key creation and revocation (name, scopes, last four characters, type, allowed domains).
• Webhook endpoints, the inbound webhook secret, data feeds, imports and manual knowledge entries.
• Outbound calling settings, purposes, do-not-call actions, transfer targets and number mappings.
• Request status changes.

The kind of actor is recorded too: team member, system or support. Every action in support mode appears as support staff, and with its reason if an edit grant was opened. Workspaces and support mode →

The audit log never contains secret values, passwords or full phone numbers.
