Provider notes

Telnyx Portal → SIP Trunking: create an FQDN connection (a credentials connection needs REGISTER for inbound calls; LiveKit doesn't send REGISTER). Outbound credentials: the connection's username/password; the username is also sent in the X-Telnyx-Username header. Assign an Outbound Voice Profile to the connection and choose +E.164 as the ANI/DNIS format. Use the 'bridge' method for transfers to a number (REFER only works on inbound calls).
