Ready phrases

Instead of synthesising short sentences such as “Hemen bakıyorum.” (“Let me check.”) or “Anladım.” (“I see.”) every time, the assistant can play pre-generated audio. Answers start faster and the same sentence always sounds the same. It is under Assistants → assistant → Ready phrases (when Ready phrases is on in your plan).

  • The sentence belongs to your company; its audio is generated with the assistant’s voice settings (voice, model, speed). Each sentence has 4 audio variants and the assistant picks one; variants differ only by generation seed, never by tone settings.
  • Matching is exact: a ready phrase plays only when the assistant’s whole sentence equals the library sentence. Case, punctuation and whitespace are ignored; a question (?) and a statement are kept apart. There is no fuzzy matching, so a phrase never plays out of context.
  • The text goes through the same transform as live calls: Turkish reading and the pronunciation dictionary. When the voice settings or the pronunciation change, old audio is no longer used and new audio is generated.
  • Every generated clip is checked automatically (its transcript is compared with the sentence). A clip that fails is rejected and never played; use Regenerate to request a new one.

  • Add a new sentence: choose the kind and enter the sentence; its audio is prepared in the background within minutes and the page refreshes itself.
  • Use / turn off: if you turn a sentence off, the assistant synthesises it again. You can also turn off individual variants.
  • Listen: you can play each variant on the page.
  • This month: how many times ready phrases were played and how many characters did not need to be synthesised.
