Provider notes

Vonage Dashboard → SIP Trunking: create a domain (<name>.sip-us.vonage.com) and a Credential List (password 12–64 characters, upper and lower case and digits). For inbound calls enter your LiveKit SIP address as the Inbound URI. Vonage's examples write numbers as E.164 without '+' (e164_digits). The inbound IP list isn't verified in the docs (216.147.0.0/18 only appears in a sample configuration): confirm it with Vonage support.
