Provider notes

Plivo Console → Zentrunk: the outbound trunk's domain is <trunk-id>.zt.plivo.com; username/password (5–20 characters) come from the credentials list. For inbound calls enter your LiveKit SIP address as the inbound trunk's Primary URI. With REFER the target must be in the trunk domain: use the 'bridge' method for transfers to a number.
