Platforms that are not listed use the generic options, without a preset:

1. XML-CSV link: enter the URL of your product XML or CSV; fields are mapped automatically by name and you adjust them in the preview. The Google Merchant format is recognised. Data feeds →
2. Push via API: your developer sends products to PUT /api/v1/catalog/products, orders to PUT /api/v1/orders and customers to PUT /api/v1/musteriler. Data API →
3. Manual upload: upload a CSV or XML file once. You need to upload again when prices or stock change. CSV upload →

Recommended setup: an XML feed for products (every 15 minutes or hourly), and for orders either a push through the Data API whenever they change or a signed inbound webhook.

Note

If orders include status, carrier, tracking number and the customer phone, the assistant recognises callers by phone and answers shipping questions.
