Phone providers
The assistant makes and receives calls over your SIP line. When you pick a provider under Settings → Integrations → Phone line, the preset fills in the values from the provider’s public documentation (server, port, transport, authentication, number format, codec) as defaults. You only enter your SIP username, password and caller number.
The console picker groups providers as Türkiye, Global and Other.

Verification flags
Section titled “Verification flags”Each preset field was either seen and verified in the provider’s documentation or not. Unverified fields stay editable in the console with the note “Not verified in the docs; check it in your provider’s panel.” The product never guesses values.
Common rules
Section titled “Common rules”- Authentication:
register(username/password, Digest) orip(IP authorization). With username/password both are required. The voice infrastructure doesn’t send REGISTER; credentials go with each INVITE as Digest. On global trunks that don’t accept REGISTER, the connection test uses SIP OPTIONS. - Number format:
national(05XXXXXXXXX),e164(+905XXXXXXXXX),e164_digits(905XXXXXXXXX). With global presets the caller number must be written with the country code and+;00is converted to+. - Server address: for providers with an official domain pattern (Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo, Sinch) the server must match that pattern; for another server pick Generic SIP. The address must be a public IP or domain; local network addresses are rejected.
- Inbound IPs: the provider’s signalling IPs/CIDRs; needed for inbound calls. Ranges wider than /8 are not accepted.
- Codec: a suggestion (G.711 A-law/µ-law, G.722 with some providers); not forced on the trunk.
- Transfer to PBX (REFER): if unverified, choose the bridge method for transfers to a number. Transfers →
