/api/v1/cagrilar — GET

GET/api/v1/cagrilar

Calls in ascending created_at order (incremental pull with next_cursor). Summary, resolution and topics are filled once tagging finishes (tagged_at). If topic analytics is off in your plan, the konular, cozum, tagged_at and konu_duzeltme fields are omitted and the topic_id/cozum filters return 422 unknown_filter. Phone and name are masked unless personal data is enabled.

Parameters

cursor	query	string | null		next_cursor from the previous response.
limit	query	integer	≥ 1, ≤ 100, default 50	Page size.

GET/api/v1/cagrilar/{call_id}

A single call. transcript is only filled when the key has the calls:read:transcript scope; otherwise it is null. The transcript is masked unless personal data is enabled.

/api/v1/konular/istatistik — GET

GET/api/v1/konular/istatistik

Group → topic counts, the share resolved by the assistant, and counts for the previous period of the same length. from/to are Istanbul calendar days, both inclusive; the range is at most 366 days (otherwise 422 invalid_range).
