Live call

The live call screen shows a call you started from Test Call in real time. Your first test call →

Section	What it shows
State rings	The assistant’s state: connecting, listening, speaking, thinking, using a tool, waiting, completed. The rings pulse with the audio level
Live transcript	Customer and assistant turns; tool calls marked separately
Tools	Every tool call with its input and result (personal data masked)
Duration	How long the call has lasted
Stream status	Connection state of the live event stream

With reduced motion enabled in your operating system, the rings stay still and a level bar is shown.

After the call the same record opens in Call History. Real ongoing phone calls can be followed from Call History as a listen-only participant.
