SMS and email notifications

The assistant and the system can send notifications to customers and your team: request received, return code, payment link, order status, coupon code, call appointment. SMS needs a record under Settings → Integrations → SMS (plan: SMS notifications) and email an Email (SMTP) record (plan: Email notifications).

  • Türkiye providers only send to Turkish numbers. Global providers also send to non-Turkish numbers with a country code (+); which countries are allowed depends on your company’s SMS country list (default only 90).
  • The sender (header) must be approved at the provider. With global providers use an E.164 number on your account or an alphanumeric sender allowed in the country.
  • If the provider supports it, the card shows the balance and defined sender headers; try it with Send test SMS.
  • With providers that support it, the delivery report is read and the notification log shows a “report pending / delivered / not delivered” badge.

For a provider that isn’t listed you define your own HTTP request:

FieldDescription
Send URLhttps://…; for GET, placeholders go in the URL: ?to={numara}&text={mesaj}
MethodPOST (default) or GET
Body formatjson (default), form or text
Body templatee.g. {"to": "{numara}", "text": "{mesaj}", "from": "{baslik}"}
Placeholders{numara} (number), {numara_e164}, {numara_ulusal} (national), {mesaj} (message), {baslik} (header)
Success matchText that must appear in the response; if empty, every 2xx counts as success
Message id patternRegular expression; the first group is the message id
Authorization headerThe Authorization value (e.g. Bearer …); write-only

The URL must be a public https address. Generic HTTP SMS only sends to Turkish numbers.
