Provider notes

Bandwidth doesn't publish its SBC addresses (a pair) or inbound IPs: get them from your implementation specialist. According to the docs, signalling and media use UDP. The authentication method isn't documented; the default is IP authorization (give Bandwidth the IP of your LiveKit server).
