Changelog

Some features depend on your plan or company settings; a feature that is off in your plan doesn’t appear in the console. Plans →

Assistant

  • Edit assistant settings in the console. Admins edit the greeting sentence, store policies, extra instructions, maximum call length and interruptions in the Settings tab. Changes are saved as a draft and become a new version when published. Prompt and policies →
  • Roll back to an earlier version. The Versions tab shows every version and the sections that changed. Roll back to this version first shows the differences, then publishes the old values as a new version. Versions →
  • Voice selection. Pick the assistant’s voice from the platform’s voice catalog; set speed and volume and preview with Listen. Voice →
  • Claude can be selected. The assistant’s conversation model can be OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. The platform admin changes the model; you can enter your own Anthropic key.
  • Voice fallback on a separate provider. If ElevenLabs or Deepgram can’t be reached, the assistant doesn’t go silent; speech recognition and speech synthesis continue with OpenAI.
  • Instalment questions. The assistant tells customers a product’s bank instalment options: the maximum number of instalments, a sample monthly amount and the total. The answer is calculated instantly from the POS rate table and the product’s current price; instalment information on product pages is scanned every night. If the information can’t be found, it doesn’t make up amounts and points the customer to the product page.
  • Request status and notes. On the phone, customers can ask about the status of a request they opened or have a note added to it; nothing is shared unless the request number and phone match. The time promised to the customer when the request is opened is saved and repeated later.
  • Search by product code. A product code the customer spells out letter by letter is matched exactly first.
  • More natural conversation. Sentence-by-sentence speech, shorter waits around tool calls; shorter answers for angry or hurried customers.

Channels and team

  • Agent desk. Calls the assistant can’t resolve are transferred to agents in the console; agents talk by voice from the browser. Multiple queues by topic, routing by membership and skills, announcements, live takeover, click-to-call, callbacks, wallboard and report.
  • Web chat, SMS and email channels. The same assistant answers in writing in a chat window embedded in your site, to inbound SMS and to inbound email. Conversations appear in the Chats list.
  • CSV campaigns. In Outbound calls → Campaigns: scheduled, rate-limited outbound call campaigns from a CSV list, with preview, pause/resume and results export.
  • Team management. Roles and teams, invitations and bulk account creation on the Organization page. Password change and forgot password.
  • Authority policy. The assistant’s actions have three tiers: read, rule-bound write and approval required. The assistant doesn’t perform approval-required actions; the request waits for approval and your team approves it in the console. Financial actions always require approval.
  • MCP server. Your staff can query calls, requests, analytics and campaigns from AI clients such as Claude. Write tools are cautious; none of them starts a call or sends SMS/email. Settings → MCP server.

Data and privacy

  • Retention periods. Retention periods for call recordings, transcripts, call summaries, requests and orders; preview, legal hold and a data subject request tool (find, export, delete). Privacy and retention →
  • Security / KVKK page. Where data is processed, sub-processors and the legal bases for transfers abroad, in the console.
  • Instant prices. With WooCommerce product webhooks, price and stock changes arrive right away. Inbound webhook →
  • Help centre. A Help centre in Turkish and English in the console; a “How to use” panel in page headers.
  • Per-call cost report. Platform management sees each call’s cost by direction and model.
  • E-commerce platform presets. The setup wizard now asks for your platform first: recommended option, ready field mapping, order status mapping and step-by-step admin instructions for Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, T-Soft, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, Shopier and OpenCart. Anything not verifiable in the docs is flagged. E-commerce →
  • Shopify connection. Products, orders (status, shipment tracking, customer phone) and customers sync through the Shopify Admin API. Shopify →
  • Data feeds. Pull product, order, category, knowledge and customer data from an XML/CSV/JSON URL on a schedule; field and status mapping preview, run history and mapped file uploads. Data feeds →
  • Phone provider presets and number mapping. NetGSM, Sonitel, Verimor, Bulutfon and generic SIP; map each number to an assistant. Global SIP and SMS providers (Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo, Sinch, Bandwidth; Infobip) with non-Turkish numbers. Telephony →
  • Transfer to an agent. Targets by topic and working hours, bridge or SIP REFER; automatic callback if the transfer fails. An optional “PBX and transfers” step in the setup wizard. Transfers →
  • Call back. Return an inbound call or a request with one button in the console; the previous conversation’s context is given to the assistant. Callbacks →
  • Ready phrases. Frequent short sentences play from pre-generated audio; faster and more consistent answers. Ready phrases →
  • Phone channel in test calls. Try the assistant on a real phone call by calling your own number from your company line. Your first test call →
  • All customer phone numbers encrypted. Phones on calls, requests, orders, carts and customer records are stored encrypted and shown masked. Data protection →
  • Workspaces and support mode. A picker for people who work across companies; support staff only get read-only access, with reasoned, time-limited edit grants. Support mode →
  • SMS delivery reports. The notification log shows whether an SMS was delivered.
  • Plans. Features and limits depend on the plan; a feature that is off is invisible in the console and the API. Your plan and usage bars on the Organization page. Plans →
